My sister was on the hunt for the best chaat in the world. We might have found it at the Chaat Haus. Absolutely superb meal, everything was delicious but the crunchy, sour, sweet perfectness of the chaat was amazing - as it should be I suppose considering the name. Gol gappe always fun and they were bang on, as were the prawns, okra fries and chicken. It's a winner all round as the staff were great and atmosphere was fun (if a bit noisy - allowed on the weekend). Look forward to visiting again, and having some lassi alongside to offset the spicy!

Have been going here for a few years now. The staff are great, the food is excellent - very different to your "standard Indian" A great selection of food and i love the lassi! Last time we visited the only negative was that it was quite loud but that's just because it was full and busy. Still one of my favourite restaurants in Bedford

We have been dining at the Chaat Haus for about 2 years now after having dined at another similar type of restaurant for over 30 years, of which, we haven't been back since having discovered Chaat Haus! The food is absolutely amazing, there's not been one dish that we haven't liked as they're all delicious! We've since introduced numerous other family and friends who have also stated that it was the best Asian 'fusion' restaurant they've ever been to, and I guess, that's saying a lot. Can genuinely say this was the best food I've ever eaten. Phenomenal meal. Spinach and kale chaat was a flavour explosion! None of the food felt heavy unlike some curry houses, it all tasted clean and fresh. Can't fault the knowledge and friendliness of the staff, or the pretty decor. Will definitely be back!!
