I honestly don’t even know where to start… Over an hour late delivering our food, and when it arrived for a family of 6 it was cold, food looked old and anaemic… as i started eating i quickly realised there was something in my mouth that wasn’t food and spat my mouthful into my had and discovered little hairs… Honestly was something from a horror film, I would steer clear of this Chinese the man i spoke to on the phone was the most ignorant rude person i’ve encountered and he shouted at me, I explained what had happened and he said he would come and collect it so i agreed, I said i would like

Absolutely disgusting. This was hands down the worst Chinese takeaway I have ever ordered, and that’s saying something. The food was raw and chewy, completely inedible. We actually had to stop eating because we found hair in the food — not just one piece, but enough to make you instantly lose your appetite. Basic hygiene is clearly not a priority here. To make matters worse, my children now have upset stomachs after eating this meal. No parent should have to deal with that because a restaurant can’t follow basic food safety standards. This place should be shut down and investigated immediately

The chicken and beef was reheated meat and smelled off. It was hard and chewy. Also I had a piece of chicken that was partly black, see picture Absolutely disgusting how this take away thinks it can get away with this poor level of food .

If I could rate it -5 I would. Bland bland and bland. Literally got my food 10 mins ago and everything is not even lukewarm, and nothing has flavour. Chicken balls was just a strip of semi crunchy stale water, and the rice was like plastic grain. Chicken chow mein was just sloppy stale water and my dog turned its nose up at it.. never again.
