Costa used to provide good service, but unfortunately it has become consistently disappointing. The employees were rude, ignorant, and seemed unwilling to help. When we asked about vegan options, they were dismissive and uninterested. Staff appeared careless, unclean, and gave the impression that serving customers was a burden rather than their job.

Came here last week instead of my usual Costa and thought I’d give this one a try. The service was great, the woman who served me, a brown lady who looked to be in her late 20s (possibly Indian), was so bubbly and friendly. She was really talkative in a nice, genuine way and honestly made my day. One of the nicest customer service experiences I’ve had. Thank you!
