I visited your store yesterday at 10:15 PM and had a very disappointing experience with one of the female employees. I ordered a 1/4 chicken breast, but she gave me a leg piece instead. When I politely told her that I had ordered breast, she argued with me and said I had asked for leg, which was not true. I then asked her to change it, and although she did, her behavior was very rude and unprofessional. It made me feel uncomfortable and completely ruined my appetite. I am a regular customer and have been coming to this store for a long time, and I have never experienced this kind of treatmen

My own experience, today I visits peps and I ordered 1/2 chicken chips and other items. But first time I got these much very bad experience. The chicken was not properly cooked and it was raw meat inside. When I inform one of the staff, she argued with me. And said that they have proper process for cooking the chicken. I'm really disappointed and I loss the money spend for my lunch.

They served us with raw chicken undercooked and pink inside Ordered a lot of food. What we got was a whole raw and PINK chicken pieces with blood spots inside the meat. Sounds like a horror story right instead of a pleasant meal ? Definitely going to take it food hygiene at the council. All she said was sorry I am sorry too for ordering from you and nearly getting food poisoning. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. END OF HORROR STORY.

Although the food was good our delivery had one meal missing. Despite asking for the missing meal either to be delivered or reimbursed, Pepe's were not interested and only offered to refund a fraction of the cost of the missing meal. If you buy from this company, check your delivery before the delivery driver leaves. Otherwise Pepe's will not help you to resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!
