I visited this store today, I was a bit hesitant as I saw it was completely different staff from my last visit ( about 6 months ago ) but honestly it was one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. The lady serving me Ash was really polite and made me a sample to try which was so kind, she also wrote a lovely message on my cup. There was another barista I think called Aiden, he was so lovely and made the best drink. They brought my drinks over to my table and I could see they were making an effort to make the store shine! Really appreciate this experience - Thankyou 😊

I ordered a large brown sugar oat shaken espresso, which is almost my usual order, however, currently with baby brain, I forgot to ask for decaf! I was telling my friend and explaining it’s my own fault for not asking for decaf (this drink had 4 shots of coffee!!). The woman who served us, Kaitlin, overheard this and offered to make me a new one. Thank you Kaitlin, for not only making me a new drink, but also for going the extra mile and making my day. I did not shut up about you or what you did all day. Thank you for being you! Excellent customer service!

All good. Nice staff, quick service, good drink. Quite a busy little Starbucks to be fair, but there’s a decent amount of seating if you want to stop for a quick drink.

Absolutely filthy, did not ask what size I wanted. Messed up both mine and my friends drink. No customer service whatsoever, and for some reason only one out of the three working had uniform on? One girl had airpods in and clearly didn't want to be there, drinks all over the place and cannot get over the mess.
