Had such a lovely evening at this pub! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, especially Charlotte, who was absolutely brilliant all night. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really looked after without being over the top. The food was delicious and came out quickly, and the drinks were spot on. You can tell there’s a great team behind the bar, but Charlotte really stood out and made the experience that extra bit special. We’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommend! 🍻

Been coming here for the last few weeks with my sisters for a carvery on a Sunday and we haven't had a bad word to say about the food, it's always warm and tasty. On the last few visits we have been served by girls called Keeley and Madison who have taken us to our table and checked everything was OK during our stay they have both given a good first impression and are very polite. Karen was chatty when clearing our plates after our meal. For the price you cannot fault the food and atmosphere. We will continue to return.

I had previously been here for breakfast several months ago, and everything was good. Recently I booked a table for breakfast on the 31/01/26 for my family to meet up with the grandchildren before continuing our day. At the time it seemed like a good idea. Somewhere for the kids to play and with the kids eating free. On arrival I paid for the meals and collected our coffee. Then proceeded to the hot counter to be greeted with no food. A bit bemused, I asked a member of staff what the situation was. I was told that they weren't bringing any hot food out as it was quiet at 09.30 and was told

Jordan Crossways Caerphilly Nadine Thomas and Catherine Henderson , Huge thank you to Crossways for hosting our ALN session for breakfast with santa. I really dont think you realise what you have done for these children and parents today. Having children with aln can be daunting for any parents on days like today with sensory being massively heightened for them. The service off Catherine henderson and Nadine Thomas and Crossways Caerphilly Jordan was absolutely amazing nothing was too much trouble, Santa was amazing patient and really went above and beyond for every child thank you so much
