Visited Subway at Bermuda Park, Nuneaton on the Monday 19th May 2025. Went to the ordering area where the sandwiches get prepared, before when it was my turn to order what I wanted. A member of staff asked me if I entered my vehicle registration onto a kiosk screen, I said I didn’t. Than she showed me a kiosk screen next to the ordering area to put my vehicle registration. She said “when you enter vehicle registration details, you’ll avoid a fine” I expressed my gratitude by thanking her. Usually geat service at this loction however the staff on todays shift let the store down, Ignored for 10 minutes because i wasnt paying by card so couldnt use the order kiosk. After ordering staff didnt move forward with my order but continued making the orders that came through the self service after my order. When i questioned it they said it was because theirs are already paid for. Further 15 minutes later still no order. Left store without order in the end as no longer had time.

The staff were lovely (if a little quiet at times). I think this is mostly a Subway venue design issue, tbh. I've always struggled to hear what the behind the counter staff are saying, when the places are busy. Other than that, the food was mostly of the expected standard. Sometimes the foot long has had a rushed cut in the middle, to divide it, but other than that, it was tasty and enjoyable. I have to comment about the speed bumps/ramps in this Bermuda Park location. I only mention it, because they are absolute torture on anyone's vehicle. If you do anything above the speed or a garden

Staff was throwing around my breakfast sandwich. It's disgusting, totally put us off from food. Also staff should warn the customers about the car parking charges(if you don't register use their machine in Subway, then you'll receive £100 fine) Otherwise no one will notice about small machine with small notice board standing near by cashier. Totally not happy at all, I'll never ever go there again!!
