First visit to Phoenix, lovely pub a few minutes drive out of town and has a feel of being in the countryside. Good service, good menu and selection of drinks. My only negative was the rib eye steak that my son and I ordered - we asked for medium well but it was definitely overdone. Also my potatoes with mint were lacking mint. Service was good, I was offered another steak but it was a busy night and I didn't want to give the kitchen extra work. I'll be back to give them another try..

We follow google maps drive to here, base on a birthday gift cards , we search few Pub 10miles around . Found this country site Pub . Easy to find, more parking spaces, early evening ( while we on dining it nearly full house ). Decorating more than we expected. Beautiful waitresses with good services . But the surprise is was the offer menu, 2D2M for 20. Bargain than W.spoons 🫢. Surely will return on day times , coz dark evening no view on outside . Thank-you for best serving .

I’ve been here many times recently and always been happy with the service. Today however I was made to feel a nuisance by one of the waitresses. I have Coeliac disease so require a gluten free option. There is a separate menu so ordering is made easier. I ordered the char grilled chicken burger and was asked whether I wanted other marinades on so I asked are they gluten free? She was very abrupt and said they were the burgers on offer so I chose the honey marinade only to later find out that wasn’t standard on the gf lunch menu! Then I chose icecream and asked if the clotted cream one came in
