So far, this is probably the worst Boojum I have ever eaten from. The staff and service were friendly in person. The food counter itself, where the food was, was dirty. The rice was hard, not cooked properly. The burrito bread was soggy. The cheese—I can't explain it, but it wasn't nice. The chorizo was rubbery hard, a very underwhelming burrito; maybe I just got them on a bad day. 🤷

Honestly so disappointed. Ordered a burrito and a bowl and the burrito never arrived. I know mistakes can happen and I’m very understanding of this. When I called to tell them we were missing food, hoping they would sort it out, I was told “sorry, there’s nothing they can do” except to put the order through again. This would mean after waiting for an hour for food (which we had no problem with), we would have to wait another hour for the burrito to arrive. There was no effort to find a better solution when they admitted the fault was theirs. Really poor customer service. Also the bowl wasn’t

Boojum at Victoria Square is a great spot when you’re craving fresh, flavour-packed Mexican food. The burritos and bowls are always generously filled, with plenty of choice to customise exactly how you like it. The ingredients taste fresh, the portions are excellent, and it’s good value for money. The staff are usually friendly and work hard to keep things moving, even when it’s busy — which it often is, a good sign in itself. The only reason it’s not quite a 5 is that seating areas can be a bit litter ridden during peak times, but the food more than makes up for it. Overall, it is a reliable

Ordered food online to be delivered to my house and received order confirmation. The delivery time kept changing and then over 2 hours later the restaurant cancelled my order with no explanation and would not answer the phone when I rang to enquire. Very disappointed in the lack of service and overall experience was so bad, would not recommend.
