I asked for ham hock cheese and latte Guy went to charge me £8.90 O said hold on that's much more than a meal with same order and frys But I cant eat frys so can you give them to someone else as it seems a waste to throw them out He refused staying o I pressed it it I explained I had been asking him the difference he said you want chips now. I explained what I had said previous but added if I must take them I will and put them in the bin and that's a waste He still refused He would not be reasonable And I was forced to pay had the £8.90 he had rang in incorrectly. I visited at around night and ordered a Vanilla Latte, but it didn’t have any vanilla syrup in it. The coffee tasted really bad. I usually visit in the morning, and the coffee is always very good then, so this was disappointing. I also ordered fries, but they were completely cold. It was a waste of money. The music was extremely loud, and it was difficult to hear anything. The staff didn’t seem very professional—they were talking and laughing among themselves in their own language instead of paying attention to customers. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again. ordered 12 donuts to the house, driver sat outside our house for about 10 minutes, none of us felt comfortable enough to go outside and check what was going on, when the driver finally came to give us our order half our donuts were missing, when we proceeded to shout him down he quite literally sped away down the street. when we tried to call up they told us they flat out don't believe us, even when we told them our box had no tape on it they still refused to listen, give us any amount of money back or correct our order. do better and make sure your orders are secured correctly and your costum

Ordered 2 lattes. They were extremely bitter and hardly any milk in either of them. We had to pour them out. We went next door to Starbucks. Staff were polite but the drinks were deplorable.
