I have meant to leave a review for the team for ages as I am a frequent customer of this branch. Finally I am writing :) I love this branch of Ole and Steen, the team is amazing. Every single one of them is friendly and super attentive. They are always with a smile in their face. Thank you Sonia, Ibania, Conor, everyone! To add to the amazing service, the coffee is amazing and the pastry as well! I still need to have lunch there but I am sure the savoury options are also great

Really disappointed. The service was poor since the staff seemed uninterested and made us feel unwelcome. There were also hygiene concerns: the cutlery didn’t look properly cleaned, the plates were still wet, and even the napkins were damp. I’m not sure this meets basic food hygiene and safety standards.
