Yesterday, I visited Brown's to look for a mother of the bride outfit for my daughters wedding. I was honoured to be the first person to use their new fitting room, which was a lovely experience, as my mother-in-law and sister-in-law were with me and they could come in and sit comfortably as tried on the various outfits. Kelly and Shelly were a great help finding me the perfect outfit and accessories. Thank you for being so attentive and making me feel relaxed.

On Saturday 11 October, I was a desperate Mother of the Groom who had been searching for days to find a make-up artist & hair stylist who could work on a Sunday. After almost losing hope, I telephoned Brown's and spoke to a polite & extremely charming Romilly, on the Clinique counter.
