All around amazing dinner experience! Saved us after a disaster at their sister site soju by sumo (do not go there). We had to call in last minute they were so nice about it, got in and were warmly greeted and seated straight away. They kept an aye out for us to see when we were ready to order and came by right when we were. The wait staff and shift leader were sweet and attentive, they got our drinks out super quick and they were delicious. Starters came out super quick too, very well presented and amazing portions. Good range of Asian dishes and the food was good quality. Initially the service was prompt and and fast. Once the food was on the table the waiting staff forgot about us. I had to call across another table of diners to order more drinks. Waiting staff should always watch the room and anticipate customer's needs. Other than that, a reasonable evening. The atmosphere was only alright. It felt like eating in a takeaway place to be honest.
