I visited two weeks ago and had a really lovely experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were extremely friendly, constantly checking in to make sure everything was okay. We did have to wait a little while to be seated, but I really appreciated that every member of staff made sure we were acknowledged and kept informed. It made the wait much more pleasant. Second time of visiting (with local family). The first visit, the pasta dish we ordered was incredibly spicy - to the point it was inedible. Someone had added too much chilli (we aren't adverse to spicy food. Second visit, food was better but felt it was average and not as special as it could have been. Service was great and staff super friendly and helpful.
