Third visit and the coffee tastes burnt. There isn’t going to be a 4th at this rate. Ask for coffee to have in and you get a takeaway cup. ??? I think money is more well spent having an artisanal latte not a throw everything in the cup latte, having said that the last visit a young lady gave me a ‘proper artisanal latte’ which was a pleasant surprise for Starbucks.

Food and drinks are always well made an presented, staff are usually friendly and quick with orders.. tables are often left messy with dirty cups etc even when the café is quiet.

Treat people in wheelchairs differently (not good experience) Went in here twice in one day. First time went in with my sister. She got served her drink but then the cashier walked away after looking at me. For Context I am in a wheelchair waiting. Sister got her drink then the 3 baristas looked at me and decided to have a conversation between them until my sister said sorry can one you serve my sister she is waiting. They looked at me 4 times before I got served. With an attitude as well. Next went round the drive thru later on that day asked for a dragon fruit drink got asked twice what i

Why do the staff at Starbucks Bideford always make it feel like you are an inconvenience?? I have occasionally over the years, been served by someone friendly and professional. Most of the time , however, I get the impression they would rather be anywhere else and are rather surly. This is not good enough! They need to smile, be polite and friendly ! I prefer Costa - friendly and professional. It’s really not hard. Will give up on Starbucks Bideford now
