Wifey decided to get me out of my comfortable rut by forcing me to visit this cafe after many years. The cafe was running a Sunday vibes menu with music by a DJ. The cafe was very busy but we managed to get a table straight away. We both had Flat Whites and wifey had the Maritozzi bun while I had the panino with prosciutto, fontina cheese followed by a lemon tiramisu. Thoroughly impressed with food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommend

Outstanding food and service! Cafe Lilli is a hidden treasure in the North East! A carefully curated, and regularly changing menu, and a wonderful wine list. We travel from Manchester, to visit this restaurant, as often as we can. Can’t recommend it highly enough. The gluten free pasta, is also a must have!

Visited on a Tuesday evening and was packed out by 7pm, which days a lot. Food was great, the pulled beef Ragu was on special and highly recommend if it's available. Service was very attentive and very friendly. Would highly recommend.
