Great place to come to me and my family came yesterday and was amazing experience. It wasn't that busy and the service was good. Food was good and hot when it came out. The tables were quite sticky and so awkward to touch.

The crew were in town shopping and decided this was the spot for lunch. It's a very big pub. Lots of room. Even a few pool tables. But the price on the screen doesn't reflect what you pay. Kind of became the theme of the place. You can ask for darts at the bar for the dart boards which is pretty fun. Reception on your phone can be abit tricky which makes ordering online a little pointless. But the bar staff are very pleasant. Food was okay, and patty was a bit dry. But I was charged nearly double (around £14) without being told there was lunch & drink deal (just £7) for essentially the same food I ordered. I noticed it and asked to change to the lunch deal seconds after I paid, but the staff at the counter refused to change. Perhaps not every staff member would handle like that staff guy, but have to say it's really bad in that way, felt unfair and left a bad impression, which at least undermines the trust in getting a fair service. It could have been a nice experience, but the service ruined it completely...

The person on the bar didn't know about food options. We ordered food and drinks at the bar and assumed it will come to Table. But the drinks were poured and sitting on the Bar. They should have said at the time of ordering. They should have now informed personnel at the Bar.
