I am seething. I went to this branch, and the sour-faced Karen had the nerve to snigger under her breath when I didn’t read the tiny sign they had on their door. I missed it because I have severe insomnia, and I was trying to get from point A to point B as quickly as possible. This high street already overstimulates me on top of the insomnia, and they usually don’t even have a sign up, so I just acted accordingly. I’m guessing she’s another person who assumes my life is perfect just because I’m young, and assumed I was wilfully ignoring what the sign said. This isn’t the first time that sour-

I usually enjoy Greggs for a quick bite, but today’s visit was really disappointing. The staff were unnecessarily rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about my order. Rather than being helpful, I was met with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately, this experience left a sour taste. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because Greggs is usually known for friendly service — but this location fell far short.
