My first ever visit to Birmingham and I had the luck to be staying in a Hotel next door to this great place. The bar has a great atmosphere with a good mixed crowd of young and old. Excellent selection of affordable food dishes and enough liquid beverages to quench any thirst. I ate there on 5 days and was always greeted with charming smiles from whoever was serving at that time. Really great team. I can only recommend the bar to any Birmingham visitor, and it's only about a 10 min. walk from New Street Station and the Bullring.

Brilliant little boozer. Chicken leek and tarragon pie highly recommended. Also order some of the beef croquettes which were really nice too. Ordered via the qr code on the table so I didn’t have to miss any of the footie, while watching out in the rear garden. Drinks came nice and quick and was told how long to expect to wait for food. Highly recommend this place either for drinks or dinner.

The place was really busy when we arrived, but that actually added to the atmosphere, had little reserved plaque on the table. Even though it was packed, the service was still quick and the staff were super accommodating.
