Very disappointing experience. I ordered knafeh, ice cream, and tea. First, I specifically asked for tea without mint, but they still served it with mint. The knafeh was also very poor. It tasted like plain cheese with almost no pastry layer, so it didn’t feel like real knafeh at all. I was basically eating melted cheese without the proper texture and flavor that knafeh should have. The customer service was equally disappointing. The staff were not professional or welcoming. Quite literally the best Knafeh and coffee I’ve ever had. Wonderful decor and the friendliest customer service. I honestly could not find a single thing to fault. Everything is spot on here. This is not one of the average small Heath shops that just exist. It’s a real authentic experience. Everything from the beautiful coffee to the amazing atmosphere is spot on.
