Ordered our Xmas food on the 23/09/25 for pick up on the 23/12/25 - time slot 18:30 to 20:00. What a disgrace to find out at the till with the picker, sorry but we haven’t got this but we can substitute it or refund you. Why would I substitute what I needed for my guest due to them requesting the meal & the cheek of saying we can refund you. 3 months ago we ordered this food - for you to F__K our Xmas up. We went here for lunch sandwiches and drinks. Very clean and served very quickly and politely. Fresh water available to help yourself. Managed to find a table in a quiet corner as there were lots of mothers and babies in.

This is such an overdue review but I booked a bra fitting appointment during the summer and the time of the cyber attack. I had my appointment with the lovely Linda who could not have been more helpful. It was obviously a difficult time for the staff and Linda was so knowledgeable and helpful and went out her her way to make me feel at ease. She’s an asset to the Bishops Stortford store and hope she gets recognition.

Clean and well presented, the unfortunate news of a cyber attack has left shelves bland and empty. Despite this, the shop is always brimming with a wide variety of clothes except maybe shoes which I find are few and far between. Nice cafe upstairs quiet. The football next door is small but has everything you need. Staff were kind as well and assisted with my needs
