Although there are a lot of chai outlets in Blackburn, this is certainly one of the best. There is a lot of seating available, and the place is clean. The service is very good and the staff are very polite. Some unique items on the menu, which are worthwhile trying and of course they make a wonderful cup of chai, full bodied and extremely satisfying. There were so many choices that I had to take a couple of items home with me 😋

The paratha was so hard could hardly chew it. But the chicken tikka was delish. Highly recommend that chicken. Well presented. The dessert was delicious well worth the money.

Mashallah, the service at this café was amazing. A very young, respectful woman served me and my mother and even offered us a free chai because our food was taking a little long — such a kind gesture and a brilliant start to the new year 2026. The Ferrero milkshake was amazing, and they even offer tea flasks for people travelling from outside Blackburn (I’m from Preston), which is such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend — great service food and hospitality.

I came yesterday and I wanted to give the person who served us a shout out. It was the girl in the hijab, she made the experience what it was she had a very positive aura about her and she was very welcoming. She was right about the tea it’s the best one I’ve tried! I don’t do reviews usually but she deserved recognition and we will come again for sure! :)
