Hi I have just been in the store and while waiting for my coffees it was clear to me an area manager or hygiene person was in store for a visit while he approached a lady maybe name was huson/hume I didn't see the name tag well she was asked about washing her hands, when he walked away she was on her head set calling him while customer was in front of her, this was so unprofessional and the service was shocking I work in head office in retail and she is letting your store down sadly. I’m a Just Eat delivery driver, and I’ve noticed that Costa Coffee staff often ignore delivery drivers and serve walk-in customers first. We’re told “just two minutes,” but it usually takes 15 minutes or more to get the order. As delivery drivers, we’re also part of your customer service chain — our time matters too, and delayed service affects both us and your customers waiting for their drinks. It would be great if Costa could give delivery orders the same priority and respect as in-store customers.
