Visited around 5pm with my family and had a really poor experience. Most of the seating area was closed off, yet groups of teenagers were sitting there without eating, while we were told we couldn’t use it. Other tables were broken or taped off. The self-service machines said it was take-out only, yet plenty of people were eating inside. Security pacing up and down made the atmosphere even more uncomfortable. Overall, the visit felt unwelcoming and poorly managed. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was genuinely disappointing and I hope it’s addressed for future customers.

waited way too long for 2 meals, when we got it we couldn’t make our way to the tables as cleaning staff was just walking about lost. my partner got burned with oil from his mccrispy when he tried to eat too. edit: turns out my burger wasn’t what i ordered. i gave it to staff and showed on receipt and they’re all standing at the collection point talking about who messed up the burger and kept staring at me and my partner.

I used a kiosk and my MC Donald's point to purchase a cheese and bacon flatbread only for 10 minutes to go by and I go up to the register ask a manager hey where my food who says "sorry mate your food already been collected" which It wasn't because was stood there with my receipt and order number and was activly listening to what orders were being called and they never called mine and when I asked if he could remake it cuz I hadn't been given it he had the audacity to just ignore it and walk back into the kitchen I'm absolutely fuming cuz now I'm out of my food and my point

Went in last night, had security aggressively tell me i couldnt eat in I ordered at 8.50pm and was told as it was 9pm I couldnt eat in. Security had a terrible attitude and no ID badge or name displayed. Asked to speak to Manager and she wouldnt even tell me her name and I was told to leave, not sure what training she has had to hold a supervisor role but it is not what I would expect from a leader. Never again will I spend there.
