Clothing Selection: Don't expect a huge variety in the clothing section here. It is a smaller outlet with a pretty limited stock. That said, it's perfect if you're just looking for essentials like socks, underwear, shirts, or a tie. Cafe Experience: The cafe's decor isn't as polished as some other branches, but don't let that deter you. The quality of the food and drinks remains high and is definitely worth a try. Grocery Impresses: The grocery section truly stands out! They carry an extensive and impressive array of both food and beverages.

Went to cafe. Don't have a toastie if you're expecting something crunchy. They are pre-made and then warmed up so you just end up with warm bread with a filling. Took it back so they put it in the oven/microwave for another 30 seconds. Was marginally better with the crusts slightly crispy. Would recommend M&S invest in a panini press to re-heat the toasties

Good experience all round, the Bakery was low on Cookies but the nice lady advised me to come back in 5 minutes as she had just made a fresh batch, whilst I waited I picked a couple of things up in the clothing section and had the unfortunate 10-15m wait behind two disgruntled (also over entitled) customers who wanted to return something they bought at Christmas, so they decided it wasn't 'first for purpose' over 3 months later! The lady at the till was extremely patient with them and did all she could for them but nothing was enough, she could have offered the customers their own branch of M&

Good food hall, cafe is often quiet and the food is if the usual M&S quality! That said, when the town is busy in the season, the cafe can be a little slow. I like the collect by car service that let's you come back later and pick up your purchases. As ever, the staff are very helpful and courteous.
