Love M&S & the good quality food, clothes and beauty products. It's the only place I can find the best toffee sauce for me to add to my yogurts that are imperative to my food survival 😂 The party food is also always outstanding so on that level M&S cannot be beaten. However, I've marked 2 stars down, firstly because of the price. M&S isn't exactly cheap for your weeks worth of shopping. They also dont have the largest selection of products you would need or want for a weekly shop either. Secondly the last occasion we were there we were quite offended by a security guard. My daughter was going away and I needed to get some Euros. I googled whether M&S Stadium offered Euros for walk ins and it stated they do. I drove there and got to the doors and the security staff directed me to first floor at first floor there wasn't any signs to say where the counter was located so asked a member of the cleaning staff who said to go to the till so I did. I had to wait in the queue to be told they don't offer walk ins. This was an absolute waist of my time and fuel when it clearly states online they offer walk ins at the stadium.

Terri, the manager at the M&S in Bletchley MK1, was incredibly helpful during my visit. I was trying to find a particular food item and she not only helped me look for it in store but also took the time to show me how to use the M&S app to check whether local stores have it in stock. She was friendly, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable. It was really useful to learn how to check stock on the app for future visits. Excellent customer service and very much appreciated. I had a very disappointing experience at Marks & Spencer, Stadium MK in Milton Keynes today. Yesterday I purchased two sale items using the self-service tills in store. There were several staff members present at the time, yet no one offered assistance or mentioned that sale items were non-returnable. There was also no signage visible near the items or at the tills indicating that sale purchases could not be returned. Today I returned to the store hoping to exchange the items.
