Nice area as you walk in. Spacious. Just a shame guy behind the counter tonight had the decency to be rude when asked if could use a toilet. Customer was in front and I respected that but its a shame how the person behind the counter cannot simply multi task a payment and let me know where it is or just simply say "just wait a second sir". Not to be spoken to like an idiot in a rude way. Made me think I won't be going in for anything after that service. Its weird how you as a customer or general public can be nice and then get a rude response. Terrible. Shows that I wont be going there and b

Clean store with good service. One downside is that you can’t get online unless you sign up to their Wi-Fi — not sure if that’s the same for all Pret locations. The toilets also require an entry code.

This is a lovely cafe. Big and airy, I liked the space to move around when I entered. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. There is a wide range of delicious food and drinks to eat. However, this chain only makes drinks in takeaway cups, so I had to bring my re-usable cup.

Called in this afternoon for a hot chocolate. Ordered 2 hot chocs and a babychino. Was given 1 'hot' hot choc and 1 warm one. Yilda took a long time making them and left lots of powder on the bottom where it hadn't been mixed properly. Will go elsewhere next time. Disappointing.
