Visited Buddies for the first time today and I have to say, I’m really impressed. I’d always put off going because of the negative comments I’d seen about the place on social media, but I’m so glad I finally tried it, honestly wish I went sooner. I ordered the Variety Box through the app, which worked out cheaper, and picked it up in store. It did take around 20 minutes to make, which felt a little long considering I was the only customer there at the time, but I’m guessing they had online orders to deal with as well, so it’s understandable. The only downside for me was the customer service. T

Amazing customer service from all of the staff, especially Imran. Fantastic spot, great food, nice atmosphere! Waiting time could be shorter. Please do try to find some way to make this better, as I waited quite a while for a burger meal - maybe understaffed? Apart from that, everything else was 10/10.
