Had a really great experience at Grounded In Bow. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, making it an ideal spot for families with a comfortable, easy going vibe. The food was excellent, with a solid halal menu that doesn’t compromise on flavour or quality. Everything we tried was fresh, well-presented, and full of taste. On top of that, the coffee was spot on, properly brewed and a perfect complement to the meal. All in all, a reliable local spot that ticks all the boxes. Will definitely be visiting again.

Garden brunch atmosphere with plenty of seating! Tried the shakshouka with sourdough which was delicious. Great flavor coming from the caramelized onions stewed with the tomatoes and the sourdough also had a good crust. I was originally under the impression that you could get some work done here since it seemed to be cafe-ish but as soon I pulled out the laptop someone rushed over and let me know that they have a cap for how long you can stay. It wasn’t a deal breaker for me and completely understandable but probably good to know in advance.

Halal food place in East London. Visited Grounded for the very first time. The environment is amazing along with the overall decoration. We visited on Sunday afternoon so had to wait briefly before we had our table. Tne staff is wonderful and friendly. Talking about food, there were absolutely delicious. I have attached the photos along with the name of the dishes for convenience. Price is average to high but the food is worth the money. 🤩

Visited Grounded in Bow recently — overall it was an OK experience. The food was decent but nothing special. Service was a bit slow, though the staff were friendly and pleasant throughout. I had the double smash cheeseburger, which unfortunately was a little overcooked and came out dry rather than juicy. Hoping it was just an off day, as the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff made it a pleasant enough visit otherwise.
