I dropped in here for supper on my way to the leisure centre. The staff were very friendly, provided great service. and the food was nice, however, it would be nice if the chocolate millionaires were much bigger like the ones in Brown Bag a few doors away, that marks this coffee shop down two stars for me.

Dear Costa Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with an experience I had this weekend at one of your stores. I am a regular Costa customer, and when I am paying around £5 for a coffee, I do have certain expectations regarding both quality and service. On this occasion, I ordered two Spanish Lattes. Popped in for coffee and cake on a weekend afternoon. There was a delicious range of cakes and the service was pretty quick. Lots of seating and everything was clean and tidy.

It took bloody 15 minutes to make one babycinno with marshmallows. Sunday, 4pm, not busy at all. We’ve been served with 2 babycinnos instead. They didn’t apologize. Everyone is sleepy and rude. Awful
