Service was good, the young lady serving is very hard working. The burger was okay, a little on the small side for £5.99 and needed more lettuce. 29/12/25 20/01/26 Got a reply yesterday with a number which I called, spoke to the owner who said please try again, his service was very good, he seems to care about the business. I went to the business today and I had mixed service. The young lady was new so was learning the menu, so when I asked a question she had to find out the answer from someone else, which took some time, though she was polite. The lady cook who came to speak was very good.

I recently visited Meltdown and was thoroughly impressed by the quality and flavour of the food. The smash burger with caramelised onions was exceptional — the pattys were cooked to perfection, and the freshly prepared caramelised onions added a rich, savoury-sweet depth that truly elevated the dish. The stir fry donner was equally enjoyable, well-seasoned and full of flavour. A friend of mine opted for the chicken sub and spoke highly of it, noting both the taste and portion size. I've been seeing alot about the flat burgers here and wanted to try it out. We went during Ramadan post taraweeh, so it was nice and quiet. Service was fast and great. We really enjoyed the food and drinks. Would definitely come again.

I came here last week with my friend Chris, and the food was absolutely fantastic. I’ve eaten in many restaurants and takeaways, but this place has to be up there with the very best. The owner comes across as genuinely passionate and clearly understands the importance of great customer service, high-quality food, and making customers feel welcome. He even came over for a chat, which was a really nice personal touch. This genuinely has to be one of the best places in the whole of Yorkshire. I’d highly recommend people try it as soon as possible.
