Absolutely loved our visit to Mowchi in Bradford! The food was packed with flavour which was fresh, beautifully presented, and really delicious. The place had such a lovely vibe it’s modern, cosy, and welcoming. Service was a little on the slow side, but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it was easy to overlook. The drinks menu is really vast and drinks were really good, I had the cinnamon Spanish latte. The boa buns were my favourite and the rice bowls looked really good too. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE We genuinely love coming here and have been regular customers for ages. The food is always amazing, especially the Belgian fries, and we usually come for drinks as well because the quality has honestly always been good. We’ve never really had an issue with the matcha or the food, the problem has consistently been one staff member’s attitude. arrived here with high expectations first of all, pretty much all the tables were dirty full of crumbs and sauce stains along with rubbish on the floor, the server took half an hour before even starting to make our drinks as she was busy talking to some girls at the store front for atleast 20 minutes. we were the only ones in the shop so the service shot been faster. the customer service and cleanliness needs to be improved it was nothing like what is shown on tiktok. the spanish iced latte was good and the sandos aren’t bad but due to the service is really is not as good as expected

Mowchi Cafe has excellent customer service. The fruit and bubble teas were absolutely delicious and you can tell they are made with care. I had a really nice chat with the staff working there, super friendly and welcoming. They also sell the famous Matilda cake which is a nice bonus. Plus, there is a free car park at the back which makes visiting even easier.
