Ordered a mix of dishes for £17.10. The halwa hit the right level of sweetness, and the puris were nicely fresh and oily. Chana was just okay—nothing special. The seek kebabs with chutney were the real highlights and really stood out. Tea was your standard desi brew, average but comforting. The samosa was decent, though the pastry was quite thick and could be lighter. Overall, a solid takeaway with a few standout bites, especially if you’re after kebabs.

Visited this place with my partner. Hoping to have some proper desi breakfast. I mean they claim to be oldest and proper desi place. Far from it the tables weren't very clean and the food specially the chanay were tasteless The paratha were made from same flour used for puris. I think they were more fried then cooked on hot plate. Believe it or not I went to the other shop they have on the corner few years back for desi breakfast. What a lovely meal here in the original restaurant. I went to the corner kebab house first (AVOID) then after such poor quality food and the rude staff I decided just to pay and walk inside the restaurant next door. Been to this restaurant hundreds of times and we have never had anything bad. The food is the best in Bradford or even the UK. We are very fortunate that we live in Bradford and can visit often for such wonderful food. People travel from all over to this place. Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful.
