Amazing place, with fantastic staff. Went for food and drinks to celebrate my wife's 50th and Dad's 80th birthdays with all the family. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Made sure we had a table that was accessible for wheelchair user and family member on crutches. Food was out of this world, and nothing was too much. Thank you Matthew and all your staff for making a perfect family afternoon get together feel so special. Keep up the good work 👏

We have just left The golden mile in Corn town. This was the third time since Christmas we have visited for our evening meal and again we weren’t disappointed. The young lady serving informed us that she was on her own running the bar and meals so there might be a delay as they had gotten busy. Well there was no delay, her service was impeccable. The food was superb. I had the duo of pork. It was beautifully served and so very tasty. The pork was almost melting in my mouth and veg was supper fresh. My partner had haddock and chips and was blown away with the beautiful serving of the fish. The

Wow! Firstly thanks for fitting us in on an extremely busy Sunday! Food was absolutely stunning! My husband had the 4 meats and I had the lamb plus lots of extras. The taste and quality of the food was 9.5 and service 10/10 well be back! Also very reasonably priced 🙏🏼

Abrupt staff food sub par - wrong order with no apology - as soon as it went back in I rushed to the bar to suggest that i would take the dish that came out wrongly so that I xould eat at the same time as my husbamd and save the kitchen a wasted meal, if they'd reflect that in the price of the dish . I was offered a 45p difference ( the prive difference between the two dishes). My food was 20 mins later than my husband's. No apology. Waiteress clearing up cold staring me until I asked what was wrong. This place used to be great. Now it's an expensive Charlie Chalk.
