Arrived at 6pm, ordered on the machine and waited 20mins for food. All the tables were very dirty, and food and sauce scattered across the floor (all squished and half eaten) Me and my family had to pick the most appropriate one (which still had a leftover burger on it.) We received our food and it was a 3/10 at best, and that's me being generous. Fries were lukewarm and burger wasn't really nice. Children had a happy meal for the toy, which they just put apple slices inside. Chicken nuggets were raw too. Food absolutely not up to par. Never again.

We waited more than 10 minutes for our order. The hall was empty. The food was cold, the chips not fresh,were soft like they were from yesterday. There are always no new items in stock and regular Coca-Cola. I do not recommend this place if you do not want to wait a long time and eat cold food.

I get people might have a bad day, but making it someone else's problem isnt okay.. ordered a medium friends big mac meal to go, and this is how I recieved my burger. Under the box. And no friends toy which I was going to give to my niece whonis obsessed with friends 😒 didnt have the time to go back, didnt get a receipt as the machine was out of paper as per usual. Never using this McDonald's again. Staff looked miserable and weren't exactly polite either food was a mess, just overall terrible, expensive experience for crappy fast food. Ridiculous.

I don’t know what’s wrong with this place. Every time I’ve ordered nuggets or tenders I never get the dipping sauce I’ve ordered, and the food tends to be a bit lukewarm. I haven’t complained so far, as I’ve been able to find something in my fridge to use as a dip and have tolerated the lukewarm. Tonight, however, took the trophy for worst McDonalds ever. The food was cold. Stone cold. Not a hint of warmth. Had to go in the bin. Plus my dipping sauces and the orange juice were missing. Called the store. Got platitudes. Sorry, they were busy. Sorry, they forget things. Sorry, they don’t know
