I had a great experience at Franco Manca in Brighton. The pizza was absolutely delicious! I ordered a Margherita pizza with chicken toppings and extra cheese, and it was so good. The pizza was freshly made, full of flavor, and the extra cheese made it even better. The atmosphere was also really nice relaxed, welcoming, and a great place to enjoy a meal. What stood out even more was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Brilliant pizza, especially the pulled lamb topping which ive never had on a pizza before. Leesh was a great waitress, brilliant service with a smile and a laugh! She was very accommodating, took great group pictures for us too... She made a pre-wedding meal even more memorable, thank you!! 😊

10 star pizza always. THE best margarita out there for sure, I have still not found a better one. We had the veggie special too and it was incredible! The Brighton location has a great atmosphere and super friendly staff!

Great location, friendly staff, lush pizza! Only getting a star knocked off because they use Violife vegan cheese, which is really gross. I went for my pizza without cheese instead which was super yum (which it wouldn’t have been with Violife on it). Not a massive selection of vegan pizzas, but I went for the vegan special which had a butternut base with caramelised onions and shredded Brussels. Needed a bit of a kick to it, but they have chilli oil available which did the trick. Their fresh lemonade was delicious too.
