Visited prime with very big expectations as the mother restaurant is renowned for some the best steak in southwest let along Bristol. Here’s what I ordered - 3 chicken tenders 6 hot wings #2 burger Poutine fries Tenders were good sized, light golden crisp and chillie ranch cut through with sweet notes and spice, good solid tenders nothing to blow you away but solid, wasn’t much flavour through the tenders bar the sauce but cooked really well. Solid burger place. Wish I could rate it as 4.5 stars. I had the beef #5 burger with pulled pork. I would definitely get it again but as a double patty instead of a single. The BBQ sauce had a classic flavor, slightly on the sweet side like Kansas City BBQ. They came and checked on me for the food and drinks. Service was incredibly quick — I think I sat, ordered, and got my food within 15 or 20 minutes. Excellent food and great experience. Central location makes it easy to get to. Staff were friendly and efficient. The guy with Courage the Cowardly Dog tattoo delivered notably strong customer service. Food quality was high across the board. My partner looooved the burger and I thought the poutine was banging. Drinks were creative and complemented the menu. It was low lighting, but you could still see your plate clearly. Visited at 8pm on a Wednesday and was still busy but we were seated quickly. honestly so impressed with this burger! So many banging flavours & the quality was unreal 🤌🏻 (being Pasture this was always gonna be a given!) They’ve also got a range of starters, fried chicken & sides to choose from which we obvs couldn’t resist!! The hot wings were sooo good, dripping in their house fermented hot sauce & blue cheese.. the perfect combo for wings IMO 😍 There’s plenty of loaded fries to choose from which were also super tasty! My only regret is not getting the whole fried onion as this looks UNREAL.. a must on my next visit 🫶🏻
