Absolutely outstanding. Sunshine Café nails everything that actually matters in a great local spot: quality food, proper coffee, and consistently good service. The breakfast omelette is excellent, honestly makes me want to repeat all the time! Perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and genuinely delicious rather than greasy or bland. The coffee is a real standout too: rich, balanced, and never that harsh, burnt taste you get in so many places. Easily one of the best in the city.
