Really annoyed we had a very long journey home and we were knackered, specifically came out of the way to to this Starbucks as it was the only one open at 9.30PM on Saturday. I called the Cinema it is in and the man on the phone said ‘9.30PM close for definite’ as I said I didn’t want to waste a journey. Turned up at 9.05PM and the man working today had all the chairs up, everything closed away and the lights off. Change your advertisement or inform the manager of the cinema that it’s shut at 9.30PM so people don’t waste a journey. Either the advertisement is wrong or the guy working decided t

Staff get 4 stars. Attentive and quick to help us and our baby car. Coffee and food was the usual Starbucks fayre - we got what we wanted. The facilities were in need of a clean though - a little surprising considering the place was empty (weekday afternoon)

Beth, Kelso, Lauren, Harriet, leah and melina and the other staff whose names I haven't learnt yet have always been absolutely wonderful every time I have gone in, they are lovely people who do a great job everytime and are incredibly welcoming. I wish the best for them in everything they do. :))))))

Place says closes at 9:30 We came all the way from Chester to have a coffee only to find out that they are closed 30 minutes before it’s close time. Disappointing
