Been here a couple of times when visiting Burnley and it's one of the weakest Starbucks that I have ever visited. The service is very slow. That includes the drive through too. I've tried both in store and drive through and on the four or five occasions I've visited it's been poor. The service is very slow and the staff just don't seem bothered at all. It wouldn't be fair to judge off one stop, but I have been multiple times and it's always been the same. Slow service. And there's a car parking unit in store to enter your registration number into. Called into the Starbucks on Barracks Road in Burnley today and had a really good visit. My medium vanilla latte was piping hot with smooth, silky milk and a strong espresso that had a lovely touch of bitterness. The vanilla flavour was just right too. The staff were pleasant, happy, and had me served in under five minutes. Quick, efficient, and a great-tasting coffee, can’t ask for much more.

I have been going to coffee shops for a while as it seems to be a decent environment to get work done. Today I had ordered a snack with my coffee. The girls seemed more concerned with gossiping about other staff and what they did last night than they were about customer service. When my croissant was ready the barista just threw it on the side. It then took a further 10 minutes for my coffee. If I could give them 0 stars for service I would, I think it's absolutely appalling.

Great Coffee and drinks shame the lady serving lacked basic manners never mind customer service skills. Grumpy, blunt, no please or than you. Practically threw the drink on the counter. If you can't interact with people the you should look to move jobs
