This is why Cafe nero is the best! 1. They are very vegan friendly. 2. On my delivery order, one of the vegan sandwiches was out of stock, they called to ask if they can replace it and since they didnt have a different vegan sandwich i said no, and they sent me a free vegan cake. Love their service and love their food! Hoping to see more vegan options!

Nice Neros, the iced coffee ☕ is good. And I like the outdoor seating on a hot 🔥 day. I liked that we had the choise of take away 🥤 cups or glasses.

We went on a quiet Thursday afternoon with barely any customers and the service we received by a male staff member was just appalling, they didn't even bother to interact with us and didn't read out order back and only after a correction from ourselves he actually talked to us. He was joking with another member of staff and laughing which just makes us feel like they're laughing at us which isn't friendly. The place was near empty and there was no reason for the lack of any communication and just plain rudeness.
