Free parking right outside the shop. Decent prices and the clothes selection is great for larger sizes especially for ladies. Good quality materials. This shop is together with M&S food unit. The shop assistants are all smiley, welcoming and very helpful.

I really like this cafe. Quality and price are very good. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The cafe is on the first floor you can get here on the escalator or lift. Brilliant disability access low level areas. Had a simple white fresh coffee very nice. Food is brought to your table and the whole area was spotless. This is probably the best M and S cafe around for cleanliness and staff welcome. Thanks for the experience people.

Had some poor quality clothes from here in the past and café is not the best because of temperature management issues. The food hall is good but expensive. They have those pesky self service tills although serviced till is available.

We had a great time at the restaurant upstairs, thanks to Helen who could not have done more to help us Helen should get a pay-rise or bonus for being so lovely The food was great, there are comfy seats and the place was full of people enjoying themselves Great job M & S 🤩 The eatery is up the escalator on floor one or there are lifts Parking is busy but plentiful at this retail park which is very popular
