We visited because of the great ratings and, overall, the food and service were very good. We ordered the bottomless pancakes and the mezze platter, and both were enjoyable. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. However, I have a serious concern about hygiene. The teapot we were served had what appeared to be rust or corrosion inside and at the bottom. This is a health and safety issue that should not be overlooked. The restaurant also charges a 12.5% service charge, so I believe customers have the right to expect proper maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to food safety

Bill's – Cambridge Proper English breakfast, solid burger Ultimate brunch burger – avocado smash, bacon, fried egg, thick non‑dry burger patty (though under‑salted), mustard mayo, balanced and satisfying. Salted chips on the side – good. Five stars. Whipped cream and berries pancake – quality and cooking uneven: some soft, some hard. Hot chocolate with whipped cream and chocolate stick – not too sweet and fulfilling. Bill's big brunch – classic all‑day breakfast, no bad surprises. No need to queue !

Went for breakfast and had the unlimited pancakes which were delicious! We only managed one serving each as they were very generous portions. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive.

Food was unfortunately underwhelming. Looked delicious but was dry and inedible at points. Waiter came to ask though, and I mentioned how the pancakes were dry as if left on a hotplate for sometime. He offered and got me a fresh plate which was better. He also deducted it off the bill. So I felt service was great, even though food a little disappointing. Also not overly impressed that my chai latte so tiny! Expected it to be a little larger for the price. So I would recommend Bills for the service but not for the quality of food.
