Bravo to the team, well prepared with the event, pre-preparation was visible and they were smashing patties like nobody's business. Very good burger, didn't expect it's gonna be that big, quiet delicate, surprised it didn't fell heavy and super meaty, maybe they use less fat meat. Honestly I would remove bacon from it, it's not necessary, doesn't improve the taste and in my case wasn't good: quite hard and not crunchy. Nicely caramelised onions cut in the only way for this kind of burger. It's not 5 stars burger for me, that's my taste. Good and decent fries, less fluffy than crunchy but def

My friend and I went to get a burger from this establishment and hoping to make use of their today only offer of; ‘free burger for the first 900 customers’ promotion. Sadly the promotion had come to a close after the first 20 minutes (!) therefore we ordered a burger at full price and happily enjoyed every last bite. It was truly delectable. I went to the Canary Wharf location inside Market Halls on North Colonnade, and left more than satisfied. The flavour: The burger is outstanding. The beef is dry-aged from native British breeds, and you can tell from the very first bite — juicy, full of character, perfectly seasoned.
