Had my mum get me a Chocolate Fudge Brownie Frappeccino and I got straight up coffee and crushed ice... Not the first time it hasn't been right either but this is the worst. EDIT: I have left what I wrote before for context. They sorted it out at the store, we're great about it. So I've changed my review. Thank you. :)

Worst latte I have ever had even when they did a 2nd one staff thought it was funny when I put the 2nd cup back on counter, when leaving this what happens when you employ children to do a adults job No wonder Costa had record losses last year with these standards. Back to Greggs never been disappointed there

Good coffee and friendly staff. Popular during week days, by lunch time there was bearly a seat free. There's a small outdoor seating area, good for those rarer warm days. I highly recommend the raspberry and almond cake, if you're peckish.

Tyler harry and Kyle always look after me never once a problem and always happy to help I have been going to this Costa the past 7 years the manager on the other hand is rude and obnoxious I think she may need retraining
