Really disappointing experience from start to finish. The staff member who took my order acted as though taking my order was the worst thing that could have happened to him. He came across as annoyed and uninterested, which isn't the kind of welcome you'd expect when visiting a coffee shop. I ordered a drink that I regularly buy from other Starbucks locations, but what I was given looked and tasted completely different. When I politely went back to ask if it could be checked or remade, I was simply told that it was the correct drink and made to feel like I was the one in the wrong. What mad

I came in on Saturday and it was quite busy in there, around 11.30am. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and the girl on the till, Meg I believe her name was, was so helpful and suggested a white chocolate matcha, which I had and it was great!! She was super friendly and helpful ☺️☺️ would return just for Meg

Friendly staff and good service. Was never going to be challenging as I was only person being served and wasn't exactly busy. Having said that it was fast and friendly so thankyou. Not really much else's to say other than the amount of ice in the ice coffee was a bit much. Close to 50% ratio. Blueberry muffin was pretty average. Thanks.
