We had breakfast here yesterday and loved every minute of it. The poached eggs in the Eggverde were cooked perfectly—something that’s very important to me. We also tried the French toast with our coffee, and it was absolutely delicious. The bread was amazing, and the coffee was excellent. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and both the owners and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. 🫶🏻You can really feel the passion and care they put into everything they do. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

Had the BEST CARROT CAKE and French toasts I’ve ever had here!! Chanced upon this little cafe as I stayed across the road (a super good accoms by the way, Staycity Aparthotels). Decided to come in to grab a coffee and breakfast on the way to a tour and was mind blown by the quality of carrot cake and coffee. Came back again a few days later and the standard is consistent. Moist cake layers, perfectly sweet and cheesy cream frosting in between. You can’t help but keep going for more. Definitely will recommend their food and drinks here - won’t be disappointed! Great spot in Dalston, just a short walk from Dalston Kingsland station – super convenient! The coffee was delicious, and the matcha was also really well made and full of flavour. The owner said that they only use ceremonial matcha. The service stood out in particular: very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Overall, a fantastic café with great quality and a perfect location. Love this place. My partner ordered 'the hangover cure' breakfast and I had smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, bacon and gluten free toast. Lots of options for gluten free diets. The menu seems to strike the perfect balance between hearty breakfast items and lighter meals like smoked salmon, granola bowls and smoothies. Perfect if you're a granola girl travelling with a fella who 'just wants a fry up'. The food was spot on. Beautifully decorated mid-century eclectic vibe with vinyls on the wall combined with a clean yet cozy feel. 10 minutes in there and you forget the hustle and bustle outside. R
