Had my son with me , sun shining bright but one of the staff members was ready and waiting. Opened the door for me and because of the buggy, it was a lot easier because of his help. Again, lady taking the orders was more than willing for me to find my seat and sent a young gentleman over to gives the items in the picture. Thanks for the team , being pro active and willing to be helpful. I'm always a Costa man , when other people are helpful then the experience is always better. (Ps I visited on Father's Day mid morning )

Have started spending a lot of my Saturday morning in here working and can honestly say the staff are so welcoming, even at just after 7am in the morning. The coffee is good, food is fresh and there is always somewhere to sit when I arrive.

Busy Costa, but clearly understaffed. They shouod have a member of the staff that goes frequently upstairs as students make.a.mess wherever they go. On top of that, seeing a 5min queue everytime I go there, puts me off when I want to buy coffee. Size wise, and look it one of the most visually impressive costa in the nation. But more work needs to be done.
