Most of the staff here are friendly although one or two can be a little rude and short. I felt short changed by my drink because I asked for less ice, as you can see on my picture this meant I didn’t get a full drink. It just felt awkward when I asked to resolve it, gone are the days of “if you aren’t happy, we will remake it for you” being offered. The outside seating area is lovely to watch the world go by, and indoor seemed ok. A little bit messy on some tables but the high turnover meant the table mess was just from the previous person. I don’t know what’s wrong with this male staff. Every time Every morning I saw him, he looks miserable. This morning I saw him again on the till, and he just gave every customer that nasty attitude and look! No thank you, no smile, nothing! I SAID THANK YOU EVERY TIME!!! He looks like he couldn’t even be bothered to do anything there! Makes me feel sick…

Very Nice Starbucks with great service and good coffee as you would expect. I can see that this place would normally be a great place to hang out and chill but with the present situation there have been adjustments to facilitate social distancing. It’s been well implemented though and you feel comfortable whilst you are in the store. Staff are friendly and helpful and overall its a very good experience.
