This is a lovely cafe in an excellent location. An ideal place to come before or after a walk along the seawall. The menu is surprisingly varied and enticing for a cafe. It's not just your usual breakfast choices. They have a lunch menu, Sunday roasts, and it seemed that there were specials on offer, too! We enjoyed a table for two overlooking the Thames and didn't have to wait long at all for service and food to arrive! Our waiter was great, and the food was excellent. Stopped by for an impromptu lunch with a friend. Staff were nice and friendly. Got seated really quickly and they took our orders. Food was nicely prepared and came really quickly. I had the lasagne, Chips and Salad and it was lovely. Would definitely recommend a visit to the Labworth if you are on the Island. Their Christmas menu looked very interesting.
